    Sales Specialist - Set Top Box

    Location: Dusseldorf, Germany

    We're partnered with a Global Leading Telecom & IT company who is looking for a Sales Specialist - Set Top Box to join their team in Dusseldorf, Germany.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set Top Box (STB) marketing strategy defining, considering market trends, customer and competitor moves
    • Conduct market research and customer surveys on STB products and solutions
    • Perform STB workshop or seminar for VIP operator or big event
    • Ensure STB products and solution complies with RFx specifications and technical discussion with customer
    • Competitor's technology analysis and product bench-marking
    • Identify key customer requirements, and communicate them to Product Management and R&D teams
    • Technical pre-sales support to sales management including product design, proposal drafting, 3rd party liaison and testing support, etc.
    • Yearly KPI for market activities and TOP project achievements.

    What you'll need:

    • Good technical background, mainly focused on Video/Set Top Box technologies
    • Be able to make technical and marketing presentations
    • 3+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
