    We're looking for a Projectmanager (d/f/m) Funding Projects to join our team In your role, you will be responsible for these topics:
    Your Tasks:
    • Report project status to the EU / national ministeries and represent the project at conferences and meetings.
    • Identify potential innovative projects and solutions in collaboration with the development team.
    • Moderate project meetings within the consortium of over 20 - also international - partners. Identify changes in the project scope and develop interdisciplinary and technical solution strategies with the project team (project timeline, costs, or scope). As a project manager, support the team in prioritization and problem-solving.
    • Plan and execute projects within a consortium with a focus on performance and quality, while adhering to cost and time schedules. This includes monitoring project success: Generate status reports and provide proactive recommendations to ensure timely and comprehensive delivery.
    • Lead and coordinate national and international funding projects, assuming full end-to-end responsibility from proposal writing (of funding projects) to project completion, providing technical leadership to interdisciplinary project teams.
    Your Profile:
    • Excellent communication skills and fluent English proficiency complement your profile. German language skills are nice-to-have but not mandatory.
    • Experience in working on national and international funding projects would be desirable
    • You're a team player: You have the ability to interact and effectively communicate with partners in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment, working collaboratively with them. At the same time, you act solution-oriented, convincingly, and possess assertiveness.
    • Your strong organizational and analytical skills set you apart, and you work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.
    • You already possess knowledge in common project management methods and tools, and you are proficient in using tools such as Jira.
    • With your years of experience in project management of complex software projects, preferably in large, multilateral projects, and your deep understanding of complex IT and software environments, you quickly adapt to new challenges.
