- Define the best tools and processes to establish a complete resource planning overview for the global Control and Protection team.
- Be the main source of truth for project plans and keep project information up-to-date by communicating regularly with execution and tender teams.
- Create, manage, and consistently update the general resource planning for the global Control and Protection team.
- Analyze planning discrepancies and deviations, turning them into actionable steps to enhance future plans.
- Act as a bridge between project execution teams, R&D project teams, upper management, and other stakeholders to provide frequent updates on resource allocation.
- Introduce and execute fresh ideas, concepts, process standards, and KPIs related to resource management.
- Master's degree successfully completed.
- Multiple years of professional experience in scheduling methods, resource planning, and controlling, with expertise in planning tools and critical path analysis.
- Interest and expertise in handling and optimizing resource management data within workflows using suitable tools.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach, capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of German considered a bonus.
