- Collaborate with various projects to contribute to the successful implementation of HR initiatives (employer branding, digitalization, health management & benefits, among others).
- Maintenance of HR documents, presentations and guidelines up to date to reflect current policies and procedures.
- Assist in the introduction of a monitoring and tracking system for the archiving of physical files
- Utilize tracking tools (MS Excel) to maintain proper records on HR files and data
- Establish clear retention policies for active and inactive physical files based on their historical purpose
- Support in the maintenance and tracking of student worker's record, ensuring that the files and documents are organized and up-to-date
- Ensure smooth communication with student workers regarding HR processes in terms of employment procedures
- Be an enrolled student on a Bachelors or Master's degree and have completed at least 3 semesters in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any other related fields.
- Very good German (C1) and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Reliable and customer service oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
