**Position:** R&D Director

**Location:** Preference is Manchester, UK. Hamburg & Munich, Germany can also be considered.

**What our R&D Director will do:**

As Research & Development Director, you will drive the product group strategy, overseeing the design and release of future-generation Power MOSFET product families and technology platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead, develop, and motivate a team of skilled engineers dedicated to releasing industry-leading product portfolios.

Define and manage execution of the future product roadmap.

Ensure new product releases meet manufacturability, reliability, and market requirements.

Provide technical leadership and guidance across the organization.

Collaborate effectively with senior management and various functions.

**What you will need:**

Experience leading an R&D team in the semiconductor industry.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time.

General understanding of semiconductor device physics and process flow.

Some understanding of Power MOSFETs and related processes.

Skills in data analysis, technical issue resolution, and driving pathfinding activities.

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
