- Technical responsibility for carplay concepts and integration in our AOSP platform
- Responible to reach the carplay certification in time
- Steer testing and support contractors
- Direct contact to Apple to clarify technical issues
- Discuss technical solutions with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Resolve problems, from simple bug fixes to architectural modifications
- Definition, planning and tracking of work packages for the software project team
- Academic degree in computer science, computer engineering or in a comparable qualification
- Advanced knowledge of automotive systems and infotainment systems
- Experience in developing Android applications, with a profound understanding of Android's architecture and native applications
- Experience with Carplay integration and Carplay certification is prefered
- Extended knowledge of agile software development, in particular Scrum or SAFe

We're uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud. Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.
Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

You will be part of a motivated development team within our Interior, Infotainment & Digital Experience domain. A major part of your responsibilities will be the development of Carplay which enables our customer a seemless integration of smartphone content in the infotainment system of its car. Our goal is to create a holistic in vehicle experience for our customers.
