As a business analyst, you will work with various departments in the municipal division to define the technical requirements for IT support for the business processes of these departments, in particular for the introduction of e-file solutions.

You will carry out analyses and optimizations of complex and prominent processes while at the same time considering the respective framework conditions and design or model alternative solution concepts.

As part of change management, you will support the implementation of the solutions.
