Job Description

The success of a company depends significantly on the quality of support it provides for its products during the pre- and after-sales phases. The importance of online support is steadily increasing due to advancing technological possibilities and the preferred use of digital communication channels, especially among younger generations.

• During your internship, you will analyse and research of the current state of technology and science in the field of inbound helpdesks, focusing on processes, organization, and tools.
• You will assist in the conceptualization and economic evaluation of a regional and global helpdesk.
• Furthermore, you will create presentations and documentation on topics related to helpdesk and data security.
• Your contribution will help to improve the efficiency and quality of our customer support, thereby positively influencing the customer experience. We look forward to collaborating with you and benefiting from your skills and ideas.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Communication Science, Customer Management, Helpdesk Technologies, User Experience Design, Service Management, Digital Marketing or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: in research, analysis, in the creation of presentations and documentation, in MS Office
• Personality and Working Practice: team-oriented, creative, flexible, responsible, communicative, goal-oriented, independent, organized, proactive and determined
• Enthusiasm: affinity for research and concept development
• Languages: very good in English and German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
