Job Description

A Challenging Task

• You are responsible for planning and constructing customer connections to the high-voltage network in your department. You ensure compliance with the budget, timely project implementation, and quality assurance.
• In addition to regulated business, you develop customer solutions for the high-voltage network and implement them on behalf of the customer.
• You are responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring projects, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
• You strategically develop your department and actively participate in the development and implementation of corporate strategy across departments and the company.
• You ensure good cooperation with regulatory authorities, states, districts, municipalities, and public interest groups, and negotiate with landowners and users for the purchase of land and the acquisition of easements.
• You ensure active interface management and facilitate professional exchanges and coordination of cross-team and organizational tasks and processes.
• As a leader, you discover talents and inspire, challenge, and support your approximately 15 highly motivated employees.

An Impressive Background

• You have a degree in engineering sciences or a comparable qualification.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field and in the application of modern methods (e.g. Operational Excellence)
• You have experience in managing complex projects and are characterized by strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have experience in responsibly accompanying change processes. Furthermore, you demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial action, a desire for shaping, and a passion for new, innovative topics. You convince through consistent decision-making, persuasive argumentation, and a commitment to continuous improvement in your area of responsibility.
• With your confident and communicative presence, you navigate confidently in the political arena, thus ensuring sustainable relationships in the societal and political environment.
