Piper Maddox has partnered with one of the fastest-growing B2B solar providers in Germany and we are on the hunt for individuals who are experienced in project management during the construction phase of large-scale commercial solar sites.

Our client has an established reputation in the German market and they have a great range of customers already (some of the largest including DHL and Deutsche Telekom). Having said this, they are still expanding across all of their departments and the culture is fast-paced and start-up-oriented, allowing for exciting varying challenges to be faced daily.

The Role

• You will actively support the technical implementation of rooftop systems while adhering to the set project goals (costs, adherence to deadlines and contract management)
• You coordinate and keep track of all project-relevant milestones - from technical planning and commissioning to any follow-up work required
• You support our teams in day-to-day operations
• You consistently carry out quality control with regard to standards and guidelines as well as the enforcement of HSSE standards
• You are a reliable contact person for all internal (e.g. purchasing, controlling) and external project partners

What we want from you

• You have achieved the successful completion of an engineering degree, specializing in electrical engineering and energy technology, particularly within the realm of renewable energy systems
• Alternatively, you possess master craftsman or technician training coupled with substantial relevant professional experience (construction project management of photovoltaic systems).
• You possess foundational knowledge in project leadership and management, with a specific emphasis on effective deadline and cost control. Your proficiency in IT usage is highly commendable.
• Fluent proficiency in German.
