    Customer Communication Expert (m/f/d) Complaint Management

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Experience in customer service, ideally also in sales, marketing, or corporate communications.
    • Education: Successfully completed commercial training, optionally supplemented by further training in business administration, or equivalent qualification.
    • IT skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs and ideally SAP. Openness to the use of Artificial Intelligence, especially in knowledge management and communication.
    • Engagement and customer orientation: High level of commitment and pronounced customer and service orientation. Ability to solve complex issues with joy and a solution-oriented approach.
    • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, negotiating skills, and ability to present confidently at all levels of the organization. Textual competence to tailor content to target audiences and channels.
    • Work approach: Structured, independent work with a hands-on mentality. Above-average quality consciousness reflected in your work.
