    As Senior Sales Manager you will play an essential role in delivering value to our clients.

    You are responsible for active business development and manage all client activities so as retaining/stabilizing existing client relationships, but also for new client acquisition.

    YOUR JOB

  • Manage our client activities, support existing clients and acquire new clients in close cooperation with client teams in the business units
  • Responsible for active business development (together with Management and Senior Product Managers)
  • Responsible for contract negotiations with clients across multiple departments (e.g., Underwriting, Legal Department, Central Procurement) - aligning with Client Management
  • Responsible for all legal issues (including antitrust, data protection and data security and processing) from the clients and guiding them through the onboarding process (in cooperation with MR lawyers and/or external lawyers)
  • Organizing all client touchpoints (from the initial pitch to further pitches until the signing of the contract) and in particular, prepare and present first sales pitches to potential new clients
  • Prepare and conduct regular client meetings, such as actuarial consulting calls and workshops in close collaboration with the Senior Product Managers and Senior Actuaries
  • Create invoices and check incoming payments from clients
  • Effectively present IMPROVEX results to industry experts and client executives with in-depth technical knowledge to answer actuaries' and underwriters' questions
  • Responsible for overall IMPROVEX marketing materials
  • Conduct client needs analysis and convince clients of accuracy and day-to-day value of IMPROVEX
  • YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in law, mathematics, economics, business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Strongly pronounced sales orientation coupled with the ability to build viable, sustainable relationships to important decision-makers
  • Several years' experience in a Client Management or Reinsurance Underwriting position
  • Fundamental reinsurance knowledge, experience in Casualty underwriting is of advantage
  • Innovative, pragmatic and positive mindset
