Die Aufgabe unseres Teams ist es dabei, ein erstklassiges Online-Business für Möbel und Dekoration in Europa aufzubauen, internationale Lieferanten zu betreuen und komplexe Probleme aus den Bereichen Merchandising, Operations, Marketing und Preisgestaltung zu lösen.

Dein Werkstudentenstelle bei uns ist eine tolle Möglichkeit, um hinter die Kulissen eines führenden E-Commerce-Unternehmens zu schauen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gleichzeitig viel Spannendes zu lernen. Dabei arbeitest Du funktionsübergreifend mit anderen Teams zusammen und erhältst auch Einblicke in andere Abteilungen, fokussierst dich aber vor allem auf Merchandising-Themen.

Deine genauen Aufgaben variieren je nach Team, zu den typischen Aufgaben gehören zum Beispiel:

• Aufbau und Stärkung von Beziehungen zu internen und externen Partnern
• Testen neuer innovativer Ideen und Analysieren von Trends
• Recherche zu Trends und potenziellen Anbietern, um die Sortimentsauswahl zu erweitern
• Identifizierung neuer Möglichkeiten für Targeting, Segmentierung und Merchandising

Das bringst Du mit:

• Du bist für mindestens 6 Monate verfügbar
• Du kannst pro Woche 16-20 Stunden arbeiten
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1-Niveau)
• Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und arbeitest gut im Team
• Du bist multitaskingfähig und fühlst dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl
• Du hast ein Auge für Details und kannst selbstständig arbeiten
