- Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on products according to established procedures.
- Verify and maintain product specifications, tolerances, and other relevant requirements as certificates and documentation.
- Identify and communicate non-conforming products and processes to Quality Manager OnSite and Quality Department HQ
- Record and maintain inspection results and document discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of materials and products.
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Arts Qualitymanagement or vocational qualification, as Industriemechaniker (m/f/d), Staatliche geprüfter Techniker (m/f/d)
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection within the Aerospace industry
- Familiarity with quality standards, specifications, and regulations relevant to Aerospace distribution
- Proficient in the use of measurement equipment such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and with other departments
- Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Fluent knowledge of English, German and French are an advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems
