• Supporting the smooth operation of the food & beverage department to provide a superior guest experience
• Working collaboratively to maximize guest satisfaction, promptly address inquiries, and ensure a positive guest experience
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks, executing them professionally and efficiently
• Achieving departmental goals and hotel targets
• Collaborating with colleagues to control costs, manage inventory, and enhance overall productivity

• Ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting necessary activities for audits, and following up as needed

• Prior experience in food & beverage service is a plus
