    As an integral part of our IT Order Management Team, you'll spearhead the coordination of EDI connection onboarding processes. Your role involves liaising with various stakeholders, offering expert advice to customers on integration topics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our interfaces with Business Units, Development Teams, and Customers

    What you can expect:

    • Coordinate the onboarding of EDI connections, collaborating with Business Units, Development Teams, and our B2B Customers
    • Act as a competent contact person, advising customers on requirements and integration implementation
    • Realize BU-specific SAP EDI partner connections, adhering to technical HUGO BOSS standards
    • Manage requirements, technical design, documentation, customization and test management
    • Collaborate with customers and external service providers, playing an active role in managing relationships
    • Perform troubleshooting and repairs following in 3rd Level Support with established guidelines
    • Balance responsibilities: 40% communication, 30% 3rd Level Support, 30% Customization in SAP

    Your profile:

    • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or a related technical field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in EDI with expertise in the SAP environment
    • Practical experience with EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML or VDA
    • Strong technical and process understanding of SAP especially in Logistics or Warehouse Management
    • Experience in SAP PI/PO or CPI
    • Open mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to acquire knowledge independently
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other project management tools
    • Analytical, structured, and goal-oriented working style
    • Excellent communication and moderation skills to bridge IT and business
    • Independent and hands-on mentality
    • Team player with assertiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Ideally, good knowledge of EDI and its technical implementation in the SAP environment (IDOC, message control)
    • Understanding of IDOC-types to exchange sales orders (ORDERS), order response (ORDRSP), dispatch advise (DESADV), invoicing (INVOIC), sales report (SLSRPT), inventory report (INVRPT) and PRICAT
    • Advanced English skills; German proficiency is a plus
