Als IT-Qualitätsassistent unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Sicherung ihrer IT-Systeme und Netzwerke.
Aufgaben:
- Du planst interne technische Qualitätsaudits zur Überprüfung der Einhaltung interner und externer Qualitätsstandards für Systeme unserer Managed Services Kunden.
- Du identifizierst auf diesen Systemen Abweichungen zum Soll-Status (auf Basis von technischen Checklisten und Vorgaben) und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung.
