- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine lösungsorientierte, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ser gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Militärische Vorverwendung als S6-Offizier oder IT-Sicherheitsbeauftragter von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Simulation und oder Kenntnisse von militärischen Simulationssystemen wünschenswert

- Profound knowledge in information or IT security management, ideally supplemented by relevant standards and regulations (BSI-Grundschutz, ISO x, military regulations)
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working
- Decision-making and assertiveness skills as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good command of the English language, both verbally and in written form

- Previous military experience as S6 officer or IT security officer is an advantage
