- Unterstützung der Qualitätsplanung bei Zukaufteilen (Technische Lieferbedingungen) im Rahmen von Entwicklungsprojekten und Verlagerungsprojekten)
- Umsetzung des Bemusterungsprozesses bei Zukaufteilen und Lieferfreigabe (Erstmusterfreigabe)
- Entwicklung und Verfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Erreichung der Serienreife von Bauteilen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Entwicklung und Einkauf
- Betreuung des Werkzeugmanagements bei Lieferanten
- Abwicklung von Lieferantenreklamationen
- Verhandlung und Abschluss von Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen
- Weiterentwicklung der lieferantenbezogenen QM-Systeme
- Verantwortung für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen im Bereich SCM (LKSG, CBAM, Conflict Minerals, Reach, RoHS, etc.)
- Klärung von technischen und qualitativen Anforderungen mit Lieferanten
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
- Sprachkenntnisse englisch fortgeschritten
- Nachweisbare Kenntnisse der Q-Regelwerke 9001, 14001, 45001, 16949 sowie der Regelwerke im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit (LKSG, CBAM, Conflict Minerals, Reach, RoHS, etc.)
- Auditorenausbildung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supplier Development oder verwandten Funktionen (z.B. Qualität)
- Erfahrung in einem der Industriebereiche: Automobilbau, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Energieversorgung
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Geschäftspartnern sowie in der Gestaltung von Organisations- und Arbeitsabläufen
- Für Schwerbehinderte geeignet, entsprechend dem gestellten Aufgaben- und Anforderungsprofil
