- Du verantwortest die für DKV LIVE relevanten Prozesse in SAP
- Darüber hinaus bist Du für die Erhebung und Dokumentation von Prozessen mit einer gesamtheitlichen Betrachtung von der Bestellung bis zur Abrechnung verantwortlich.
- Du arbeitest mit, bei der Etablierung eines Kundenpanels und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Workshops zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktes und Aufnahme von neuen Anforderungen im Kundenpanel
- Die Aufbereitung neuer Anforderungen von Kunden und dem Vertrieb und Weiterleitung zur Umsetzung an das Produktmanagement gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben. What makes you stand out
- Du hat ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Prozess- und Projektmanagement, in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden und Nutzung von Jira mit und hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Mobilitätsbranche, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Fahrzeug-Telematik.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung eines digitalen Produktes und bringst Kenntnisse und Freude in der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
- Gute Präsentationsskills, Motivationsfähigkeit sowie Überzeugungskraft zeichnen Dich aus
