Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Scientist specialising in Single-Cell RNA,T CR data analysis and experience in deep learning, structural biology and immunology. This role will be a key contributor alongside a team of talented computational biologists and experimental scientists in the Oncology Translational Research Department.The Scientist will be responsible for combining single-cell TCR sequencing analysis with advanced machine learning approaches to predict peptide-MHC interactions characterise tumor-reactive T cell repertoires and develop predictive biomarkers for therapy response in precision immunotherapy programs.
