    Das Chapter "Project- & Program Management" bündelt in der Division "Process and Transformation" die Expertise zu Projekt- und Programm-Management sowie das Project Management Office für die EGS. Damit schaffen wir eine Plattform für Projektsteuerung und entwickeln die Projektmanagementmethodik gemäß dynamischen Anforderungen weiter. Die Bündelung dieser Expertise gibt der Organisation eine fundierte Struktur und die erforderliche Führung zur Erreichung unserer Projektziele.

    Als Core Team Lead wird die fachliche Steuerung der Produkt Teams über einen priorisierten und lieferfähigen Produkt-Backlog übernommen. Außerdem wird die Organisation und Koordination der Schnittstelle zwischen EAM und den DSOs verantwortet.

    • End-to-end Verantwortung und Management des EAM-Produkt-Backlogs inklusive Priorisierung, Strukturierung und Fortschrittssteuerung – in enger Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Product Stream
    • Planung, Moderation und Nachbereitung aller produkt- und DSO-übergreifenden Abstimmungsrunden gemeinsam mit dem EAM Chief Product Owner (CPO)
    • Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines cross-funktionalen Teams, das die Umsetzung der Produktanforderungen über alle Streams unterstützt
    • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der End-to-End-Prozesse zur Aufnahme, Bewertung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Produktanforderungen
    • Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Business (DSOs) und Product Streams: Sicherstellen, dass Anforderungen geschärft, verstanden und in lieferfähige Pakete übersetzt werden
    • Proaktive Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen im Produktentwicklungsprozess sowie Impulsgeber für Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Skalierbarkeit
    Ein Background, der uns überzeugt
    • Qualifikation: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
    • Projektkompetenz: Du steuerst Projekte mit mehreren Stakeholdern sicher und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) im Projektmanagement ein
    • SAP-Fokus: Du nutzt deine Expertise in SAP PM und der SAP BTP gezielt, um Prozesse effizienter und digitaler zu gestalten
    • Prozessverständnis: Du kennst die Netzbau- und Instandhaltungsprozesse und bewegst dich sicher im regulatorischen Umfeld des Energiemarkts
    • Leadership: Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung mit (fachlich oder disziplinarisch) und übernimmst Verantwortung mit Klarheit und Ownership
    • Teamwork & Drive: Du arbeitest strukturiert, entscheidungsstark und bringst Themen proaktiv voran. Dabei immer mit Blick auf End-to-End-Prozesse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung. Idealerweise verfügst du auch Du ein konzernweites persönliches Netzwerk in der E.ON Energy Networks Community
    • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse(mind. B2 Niveau) und arbeitest gern mitinternationalen Teams zusammen
