- You will take on the role of host and make it your task to provide our guests with an unforgettable stay
- You are the figurehead of a&o: Our front desks and the lobby are your area and you take care of our guests and their concern
- You approach our guests openly, interact with them and answer their questions about the house, the event and the city
- You organize and supervise the work processes at the reception to ensure that the shift runs smoothly
- You take care of the check-in/check-out of guests
- You make sure that the reception and the lobby are always neat and inviting for the guest In addition , you will also take care of our F&B area; here in particular:
- Imposing quality- and HACCP-standards in kitchen and bar is your responsibility
- Pantry and stocktaking are your responsibility: you check food- and beverage-storage and inventory and order new products if necessary
- You put the goods away on delivery
- You have experience or a completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry or tourism
- Of course, you are driven by a great sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
- You enjoy dealing with guests - and you show it, regardless of the time of day or night
- A high degree of commitment and independence as well as the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you.
- You have a B2-level knowledge of German and English - of course, we would be happy to hear any other language you speak.
