Für eine zentrale Führungsfunktion suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die eine komplexe technische Einheit mit Fokus auf Anlagenbetrieb, Testverfahren und Teamführung verantwortet.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Sie führen eine vielseitige technische Einheit und tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für mehrere Teams
    • Sie koordinieren die Arbeit in mechanischen und elektrischen Werkstattbereichen und entwickeln diese organisatorisch und technisch weiter.
    • Sie stellen den zuverlässigen Betrieb anspruchsvoller Prüf‑ und Thermohydraulischer Anlagen sicher.
    • Sie verbessern kontinuierlich Test‑, Qualifizierungs‑ und Prüfprozesse.
    • Sie sorgen für eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit und strukturierte, effiziente Wartungsabläufe.
    • Sie gewährleisten konsequent höchste Sicherheits‑ und Qualitätsstandards.
    • Sie betreuen interne und externe Kundenprojekte und stellen deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicher.
    • Sie stärken bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und bauen neue Partnerschaften auf.
    • Sie planen Personal, Budget und Ressourcen vorausschauend.
    • Sie gestalten die Weiterentwicklung und strategische Ausrichtung der gesamten Einheit aktiv mit.

    Ihr Profil:

    Sie bringen eine ausgeprägte technische Expertise aus dem Anlagenbau, der Energie‑ oder Verfahrenstechnik mit und fühlen sich sowohl in strategischen als auch operativen Aufgaben wohl. Als erfahrene Führungskraft steuern Sie komplexe technische Umgebungen sicher und kommunizieren souverän in einem mehrsprachigen Umfeld.

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
    • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld
    • Tiefgehendes Know-how aus Test, Qualifikation oder Anlagenbau
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Thermohydraulik von Energie‑ und verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen
    • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, eine weitere Sprache von Vorteil
    • Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz auf hohem Niveau
    • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Systeme zu steuern und gleichzeitig Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern
