Job summary

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Qualitätsbereich sowie strategische Weiterentwicklung der Projektqualität am Standort Nürnberg
- Verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung entlang des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses- von der Anforderung bis zur Serienreife
- Steuerung von Lieferantenentwicklungsmaßnahmen, Eskalationsmanagement und SCAR-Prozessen
- Durchführung und Unterstützung interner/externer Audits sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ISO-Normen
- Förderung einer Lern- und Verbesserungskultur sowie Unterstützung von Lean-, Six Sigma- und Zero Defect-Initiativen
