- Manage, organise, review, and publish academic content contributions by external authors, and update existing content articles
- Assist in the production of learning/teaching resources and reports, publications etc.
- Plan, setup and implement marketing campaigns towards economists in academia
- Research and analysis of marketing activities, website traffic, campaign effectiveness etc.
- Extend our social media reach, with smart social media management and advertising
- Work with customers to help them achieve their goals, including campaign proposals, setup, and post-campaign analyses
- Assist with incoming customer enquiries and bookings
- Identify potential customers and devise campaigns to reach and convert them
- Currently enrolled at a university in an economics-related subject
- A self-motivated person who shares our vision of providing a top-rate academic service and delivering valuable resources to economists and economics students
- Experience in one or more of the following: B2B or academic-sector sales, customer assistance, marketing, academic content editing, web traffic analysis
- Native equivalent level of English is required
