- First-Level Support and Testing: Addressing customer queries regarding the application via phone or email and providing timely feedback
- Supporting our development teams through functional testing and documentation
- Resolving issues and queries independently or with team assistance
- Building and maintaining an FAQ page and other measures to optimize Customer Support
- Sales/
- Training: Implementing training materials (e.g., manuals) for customers
- Conducting training at the customer's site for users, admins, or "train the trainer"
- Device Management: Independent device management of end devices in use externally and data contracts.
- Completed training or degree and interest in working in the IT field
- Ideally, experience in technical customer support and structured testing of software solutions/apps
- High level of empathy and customer understanding, coupled with a calm demeanor and confident customer interaction
- Solution and serviceoriented approach (learning by doing) combined with a technical affinity
- Structured and organized way of working
- High sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office
- German proficiency at native level and fluent English in both written and verbal communication or willingness to improve English as needed
