    Maintain, update and track the monthly / quarterly reporting delivery plan to enable internal oversight of the process, and also communication of progress by manager to clients

    Assist the Head of AXA Group Reporting in ensuring that all AXA client holdings data is kept up to date in the various systems (Data Warehouse, Magnitude, YARDI, Galaxy) through building effective and efficient processes and relationships with other key departments (e.g.

    Data Management, FMCG, CST)
    Support the periodic updating and validation of AXA holdings data in the Galaxy system
    Preparation & filling of quarterly consolidation reporting for International funds (CRE, debt short cut)
    Perform others tasks and projects as assigned from time to time (SHIP/Cop improvement, Yardi improvement, support Fund Accounting team to set up standard report in Excel or Yardi....)
    Excellent computer skills with various software packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Good communication skills in English and German, appreciated French speaker
