    People Partner, Advisory - Frankfurt

    Summary:

    This role supports the HR team with various tasks across all HR functions for branches in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and Stockholm. You'll provide first-line HR support, assist with projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer HR questions from business leaders and managers.
    • Assist the HR team with daily HR tasks.
    • Collaborate on HR projects and strategy.
    • Liaise between local and operational HR teams.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
    • Manage HR administration for your location.
    • Document processes and improve efficiency.
    • Participate in Europe-wide HR projects.

    Qualifications:

    • HR/Business degree or relevant experience.
    • Client-facing HR experience.
    • Fluency in English and German.
    • Knowledge of German labor law.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage change.
    • Driven and passionate about delivering excellent HR services.

    This is a great chance to support and make impact in a regional role within a global financial services, organisation. The role is based in Frankfurt and will require regular travel to a centrally located office on a hybrid basis 2-3 days per week and the remaining days, home based. Paying in the region of €80,000 + bonus and benefits.
