Who are you today?

You will have a degree/master's degree in engineering, coupled with prior management consulting experience and/or work experience in one of our core industries. You will have gained significant process safety management experience and will have been in the same situation as our clients and faced the same process safety challenges. You will have a deep understanding of subject matters around safety and are able to leverage it externally (guiding clients, creating points of view, etc). You will have experience working within project teams and leading complex project workstreams.
Key to this role is your ability to demonstrate adaptability and thrive within diverse and remote consultant teams, consistently achieving business and client objectives.
The role demands exceptional analytical and formalisation skills, adept in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and outstanding problem-solving and communication abilities. You're a fluent German speaker, also proficient in English, but are comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of cultures and nationalities (additional European languages are a significant advantage).
