    Job Description

    Our team of customer operations professionals is dedicated to achieving top-tier operational excellence for our clients. With extensive logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce knowledge, we prioritize ensuring seamless and efficient day-to-day logistics operations. We strive to understand and address our clients' unique operational challenges and continuously seek innovation and improvement to maintain the highest service and operational standards.

    The essence of your role

    • Own the communication with customers, logistics and transport service providers, as well as other internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day B2B business, closely coordinating with key accounts, clients, and internal and external departments to optimize logistics and transport processes.
    • Oversee and ensure the efficient flow of all logistics-related system interfaces, actively engaging in managing and monitoring transport operations.
    • Maintain direct and effective communication with clients and relevant departments in German and English, including addressing international logistics concerns and operational queries.
    • Actively identify and resolve customer process issues across the entire logistics spectrum, contributing to continuous operational improvement and enhancing overall service quality.
    Qualifications

    This is what you need to succeed

    • Experience in operational areas in the field of warehousing, transport or parcel services, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
    • Experience in B2B customer communication, capable of confidently handling critical situations, and a data-driven approach to work.
    • A high willingness to learn, the ability to work both in a team and independently, a proactive approach, and a strong service orientation.
    • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel.
    • Fluent English and German skills (C1-C2).
