    Are you looking to join a community of professionals thatsupport the growth of Selling Partners' businesses? Amazon islooking for Account Managers to join its Cross Border (EU>UK)Marketplace Team in Germany.

    Today more than58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon's sites are made from thirdparty sellers. Our customers can choose from more than 100 milliondistinct products on Amazon. That vast choice is only possiblebecause of the many entrepreneurial, third-party businesses whooffer their products on the AmazonMarketplace.


    Your role will be focused oncontributing to business acquisition through building SellingPartner relationships, performing business evaluation andsupporting their launch in the Cross Border FBA (Fulfilment ByAmazon) program, making their range of products available to Amazoncustomers across Europe.

    In addition, you will drive variousfast-paced projects and initiatives across the organization andlocales and improve both sellers' and customers'experience.

    Key jobresponsibilities
    Help selling partners recognize furtherpotential and grow their businesses internationally, leveragingAmazon to expand their relevant product selection tocustomers.

    Manage a portfolio of selling partners, assistthem with their setup and help them understand Amazon's servicesand tools to be more effective in building and managing theirAmazon business.

    Develop and report on key performanceindicators for your selling partner-portfolio, providing analysisinto root causes for performance improvements.
    Obtainongoing selling partner feedback to assess performance againstobjectives and drive seller satisfaction withAmazon.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    - Fluent inboth German and English.

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (writtenand verbal) skills.
    • Selfmotivated team player, with ahandson mentality to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving teamenvironment.
    • Ability to work crossfunctionally,thinking both strategically and tactically, with attention todetail.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    -Successful candidates will have proven experience in developingoriginal ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, ordifficult situations in a competitive and ever changing businessclimate

    • Proven quantitative analytical capability andproject management skills in addition to being customer focused,extremely detailoriented, and able to effectively prioritize andmultitask
