Role: Process Engineering with SAP & Logistics Experience

Location: Neuhausen (Stuttgart), Germany (Hybrid- 30/45 days onsite)

Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Role description and requirements for process engineering

Role description

Develop process concepts and define detailed processes

Work together with business functions to define requirements and align process concepts

Drive process automation

Align process concepts with SAP/IT team

Work closely with SAP/IT colleagues to steer implementation

Provide training and support to business function colleagues/users

Act as bridge between business functions and IT/SAP

Monitor process execution during ramp-up/until stable and control process stability.

Required profile

Very strong process-thinking skills

Fluent English skills

Good German skills

Good SAP knowledge and good technical understanding for underlying processes

Pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working

Ability to work independently and in a structured way

More than three years of relevant work experience (similar role, industrial experience)
