- Manage demos and benchmarking activities for present and potential customers.
- Develop & support projects related to new product introduction, process characterization, beta testing.
- Contribute to the generation of training material and transfer product knowledge to K&S worldwide Field Applications team, Field Service team, and customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to assist in identifying key sales opportunities.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience on dispensing equipment maintenance/troubleshooting in electronics or SMT assembly industry.
- Knowledge in dispensing for electronic assembly processes (Underfill, Encap, Solder paste dispensing, Die Attach, etc.).
- Proficient in verbal, written and presentation skill in German and English.
- Basic knowledge of design of experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis.
- Must enjoy working with dynamic people and building client relationships.
- Open to working in K&S lab or on-site support at customer facility. (40% travel)

As part of our fast-growing Advanced Dispensing Solution Business Unit, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing dispensing applications to meet and exceed customer specifications. These activities will be carried out either in our labs or on customers sites. There is also the opportunity to assist in the validation of newly developed equipment prior to product launch and actively provide technical feedback to R&D team for further equipment improvement.
