- Administration, monitoring and maintenance of the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment including the necessary infrastructure
- Administration and maintenance of provisioned Citrix terminal servers with automated software distribution via CA Client Automation
- Design, selection and administration of the eLux thin clients using Scout Enterprise
- Administration and support of Ivanti Application Control for the terminal servers
- Responsible implementation of IT security measures in the area of responsibility

The Central Data Processing of the Tax Administration is the IT service and competence center of the tax administration of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and is located in Koblenz.
