Entwicklung einer ganzheitlichen Strategie für die technische Betriebsführung (O&M) und den Aftersales-Service
Konzeption und Kalkulation attraktiver Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) und Wartungsverträgen.
Definition eines strukturierten Übergabeprozesses von der Projektumsetzung in die Betriebsführung,
sodass ein reibungsloser Start und erstklassige Kundenbetreuung gewährleistet ist.
Auswahl geeigneter Systeme wie Monitoring-Software sowie Ticketing-Lösungen zur Digitalisierung des Serviceprozesses.
