    The following challenges await you:
    • You will lead and manage technical projects in innovation from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices, with a strong focus on structured and data-driven decision-making.
    • We want you to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
    • In this role you will develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and resource optimization.
    • Additionally, you will utilize scientific expertise in glass or ceramics to provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
    Your Profile:
    • Successfully completed master`s or higher advanced degree in a scientific field, with focus on glass or ceramic strongly preferred
    • Proven track record of technical project management, demonstrating a structured and data-driven approach
    • Experience with classical project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, and tools, as well as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication in English & German and interpersonal skills
