- Lead S&OP process for EMEA & Americas, ensuring optimal business analysis, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Develop strategies to drive financial and non-financial benefits through actionable metrics and insights.
- Participate in monthly sales demand planning meetings to ensure timely availability of materials for customer orders.
- Lead Sales Ops team in timely and accurate pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales support.
- Address concerns collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure smooth business transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate data to support timely and efficient customer service.
- Develop operational strategies aligned with Commercial and Customer Service teams for sustainable business growth.
- Mentor team members and implement competency development initiatives.
- Establish KPIs ,performance management and efficient & effective staffing deployment
- Foster alignment with key stakeholders to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Coordinate with other functional teams to communicate and implement regulations and policies.
- Facilitate optimization of sales operational activities and drive adoption of best practices.
- Identify and improve bottlenecks in processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Gather feedback for process iteration and improvement.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BWL Studium) or equivalent education
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in sales operations or customer services.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to apply data-driven insights.
- Excellent proficiency in English with a good command of German. Knowledge of Italian and/or French would be considered a plus.
