To strengthen our motivated and well-coordinated Engineering team, which is responsible for providing the necessary building and production capacities, as well as the related construction and investment projects at the Neumarkt site, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as:

Project Engineer (m/f/d) Building Services / TGA

Here are your responsibilities:

• Coordination, control, and management of new and renovation projects at the Neumarkt site in terms of building services, facilities, and energy technology.
• Independent leadership or control of projects regarding costs, deadlines, and quality while adhering to internal standards, current regulations, and authorities' requirements.
• Development of functional performance specifications for the measures to be implemented as well as relevant project documentation.
• Interface function between internal departments, stakeholders, and external service providers such as architects and technical planners.
• Support for the operators of our facilities and infrastructure technology in making changes, optimizations, and necessary repair measures.
• Participation in the continuous improvement process for the efficient implementation of our projects in the building services environment.
• Implementation of occupational safety issues related to building and technical projects in close collaboration with internal specialists and officers (fire protection, environment, safety, etc.).

This is what you bring:

• Degree in engineering, preferably in supply engineering, energy and building technology, or qualification as a technician in the pharmaceutical, food or similar sector with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in the planning and implementation of building services, facilities, and energy technology projects in an industrial environment (ideally in the GMP area).
• Knowledge of the common regulations of building services trades, such as VOB/B and service phases 1–9 of the HOAI.
• Proficient in modern communication media and digitized work environments.
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• Independent, structured way of working with a hands-on mentality.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
