    Beschreibung

Welcome to the most populous district in Schleswig-Holstein. With approximately 1,400 employees, we are dedicated to various fields for the well-being of people - individually, friendly, and obligingly.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team at the Specialist Department for Inclusion. The goal of this department is to enable people with disabilities or at risk of disability to lead an equal life in society. Professionals from different backgrounds work closely together, combining their legal and pedagogical expertise to provide tailored support after comprehensive consultation and assessment.

Approximately 65 professionals from various fields work in four teams in the inclusion assistance department, all looking forward to your support.

    Here's what you can expect:

    • An unfixed full-time position with flexible working hours - We not only offer a full-time position but also the option of part-time employment, taking into account your personal schedule preferences. Additionally, you will manage a versatile and diverse range of tasks that can be largely executed independently after proper training.
    • Attractive compensation and benefits - Meeting the collective bargaining requirements will entitle you to competitive compensation up to EG 9b TVöD. You will also receive a collective annual bonus, an annual performance-based salary, and the opportunity for company pension benefits. Meeting the civil service requirements will grant you a salary up to A 10 SHBesG.
    • Team collaboration - You will work in a motivated and open team, encountering dedicated colleagues throughout the specialist department. Expect an open and cooperative work environment.
    • Flexibility and Work-Life Balance - We support your work-life balance with flexible working hours, mobile work options, and the opportunity for remote work. Additionally, you will have 30 days of annual leave for relaxation and personal interests.
    • Training and Health - You will have access to a wide range of internal and external training opportunities. We provide training and development in business and legal matters. Our corporate health management offers various programs to support your well-being.
    • Fitness and Mobility - Join our proactive cycling culture and benefit from a range of company sports activities. We also offer a partnership with EGYM Wellpass and employer contributions to job tickets and JobRad.

Our job opportunity is designed to meet your individual needs and provide you with the opportunity to balance work and personal life.

    Here are your responsibilities:

    • Providing information and advice to residents and their relatives on inclusion assistance
    • Processing and deciding on applications for inclusion assistance benefits
    • Implementing the overall planning process
    • Contributing to the development of work processes and procedures through active teamwork
    • Calculating and disbursing benefits
    • Collaborating with inclusion planners, other specialist departments, and potentially other rehabilitation providers

What you bring to the table:

    • Eligibility for the 1st entry-level position of career group 2, specialization 'General Services,' or completion of training as a 'Verwaltungsfachangestellten' with the 2nd level, or a degree in Law, or completion of training as a 'Verwaltungsfachangestellten' with a willingness to complete the 2nd level soon.
    • Ideally, extensive knowledge of social laws (specifically SGB I, IX, X, XI, and XII) and related regulations and laws, or the ability, or willingness, to acquire these quickly.
    • Proficiency in IT, especially in the Lämmkom specialist procedure
    • Trustworthy and solution-oriented communication with people with disabilities, their relatives, caregivers, and other involved parties
    • Enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration with medical officers, special educators, and inclusion planners
    • Structured and independent work approach
