Location: 54295 Trier | Contract: Full-time, permanent

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring appealing product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with attention to detail
• Implementing national sales concepts effectively
• Leading your team competently and acting as a role model
• Providing competent advice and excellent service to customers
• Handling cost and revenue development, regular inventories, merchandise disposition, and flow of goods effectively
• Responsible for accurate pricing and assortment maintenance

What we're looking for:

• Commercial education, preferably in the food retail sector - even as a career changer with initial sales experience [in fruits & vegetables, beverages, dairy products, etc.]
• Solid product knowledge and a high awareness of freshness and quality
• Solution and results-oriented work style
• Commitment to structured and conscientious task execution
• Team spirit, strong customer orientation, and communication skills
• Flexibility from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 18:00
