- Collaborate with competence centers and regions to gain comprehensive insights into the organization's IT environment.
- Lead the deployment of cross-functional applications, like middleware, to boost interoperability and efficiency.
- Support the development and execution of the organization's data strategy, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Identify key technologies and establish a process to assess new technologies that align with the organization's evolving requirements.
- Participate in cross-sector councils and forums as a representative of the sector, advocating for alignment with group sector policies and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and alignment with group sector policies and standards.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, project management, or similar areas
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture management tools and processes
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to completion
- Understanding of data management principles and practices
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards concerning IT governance and compliance
- Fluency in English with German language skills as a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
