    Responsibilities / Tasks

    Within our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Finance team we are looking for a SAP S/4HANA BPO Finance GPO at our location in Düsseldorf.

    We are looking for a new team member to support GEAs global SAP S/4HANA implementation. As a team member of the BPO Finance organization you will own the Finance part of the global S2P, L2C and R2R processes.

  • Integrate BPO Finance requirements in all relevant S/4HANA workstreams
  • Balance business requirements with standardization efforts and compliance tasks
  • Assess business and legal requirements in fit-to standard
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness by challenging legacies and current business practices
  • Consult Data Tower for finance relevant migration requirements
  • Collaborate with key user and support test coordination, mitigate escalation
  • Support during Hypercare and ensure process adherence
  • Collaborate closely with Change Management, provide proactively feedback and lessons learned
  • Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations with focus on Procure to pay
  • Ability to draw big picture and to create understanding of dependencies between Finance and operational processes.
  • Design and integrate Finance processes to other workstreams (HR, Procurement, Compliance, IT)
  • Knowledge of Finance industry standards and SAP (ideally S/4HANA)
  • Understanding of restrictions and requirements of an outsourced environment in S2P, L2C and R2R processes
  • Confidence to constructively challenge current business practices, build commitment and drive change
  • Active spokesperson; training talent as a plus
