    Market Development Lead


    This position entails overseeing the commercial agenda for Merlin Entertainments' Germany cluster, driving revenue growth and market share expansion across all primary income streams. The successful individual will own performance and brand marketing, content creation, PR, pricing and promotions, digital commerce, partnerships, and distribution channels.


    A key responsibility of this role is to design an integrated go-to-market strategy that accelerates visitation among family and leisure segments while sustaining revenue growth. As the commercial leader in the region you will orchestrate strategic execution ensuring disciplined delivery of guest engagement initiatives that boost EBITDA figures.

    The suitable candidate should possess strong leadership skills with expertise in consumer-facing industries preferably within theme parks or attractions businesses operating globally.
