- You will support a publicly funded project daily operations towards its final demo flight.
- You will maintain the project development timeline using Jira.
- You will ensure transparency regarding project timelines and critical paths to relevant stakeholders.
- You will track risks, tasks, and open issues. You will escalate issues according to the internal escalation path when necessary.
- You will maintain budget reports for the funding agency.
- You will coordinate and prepare documents to assist in decision-making.
- You are currently studying towards an engineering degree (, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable subject) with a focus on Aerospace and/or Management
- First relevant working experience - already completed projects or internships in technical environments
- Communicative team player
- Excellent organization & project management skills
- Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience and skills working with Jira
- You show initiative, enjoy accountability, and have a solution-oriented way of working
- Strong analytical skills, an affinity for numbers, and attention to detail
- Excellent English, written and spoken (German of advantage)
