- Continuously develop our global SEO strategy
- Ongoing On- & Off-Page optimization based on common SEO metrics for our global and local websites as well as for our online magazine KTCHNrebel
- Implement technical SEO optimizations such as Index Management, ensuring crawlability, improving internal linking, etc.
- Monitor SEO performance and take actions to ensure steady growth in visibility and traffic
- Create and interpret reports on the success of SEO measures
- Work closely with members of the marketing team, country colleagues, and other areas such as IT
- Degree or education in (digital) marketing and relevant professional experience in an SEO role with an international focus
- Good understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO ranking factors and a passion for learning more about SEO
- Understanding of technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, canonicalization, etc.)
- Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (e.g., Search Console, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, Sistrix) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google products, Matomo, etc.)
- Experience with common CMS systems such as FirstSpirit, Wordpress, etc. is advantageous
- Fluent language skills in German and English required, additional languages are a plus
