- Conduct research on sustainable materials, manufacturing processes and product lifecycle assessments to identify opportunities for integrating environmental considerations into product development
- Help gather data on product environmental performance metrics, such as carbon footprint, energy efficiency and recyclability, and analyse findings to inform decision making
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering and supply chain, to integrate sustainability principles into product design and development processes
- Assist in the preparation of documentation, reports and presentations summarising sustainability initiatives, progress and results for internal and external stakeholders
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in engineering, natural sciences or a related field
- Strong interest in sustainability, circular economy principles, and sustainable product development
- Convincing analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluent in English and German
