  • bist zuständig für die Ressourcenplanung - und Überwachung sowie Verantwortung für das Projekt-Budget (Budget-Controlling)
  • definierst Zielsetzungen, Zeitplänen und "Milestones" und kümmerst dich um die Nachverfolgung dieser und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung
  • steuerst die Projekt-Themen bzw. der Themenverantwortlichen (Software, Hardware, Mechanics, Assembly & Quality) unter Berücksichtigung der Entwicklungsstandards im Automotive-Bereich
  • kümmerst dich um dieRisk- Evaluation und Change Management (Analyse, Abschätzung und "Quoting" von neuen Anforderungen interner und externer Art)
  • bist zuständig für Stakeholder-Kommunikation und "Customer Relationship Management" sowie Präsentation von Produkten und Neuentwicklungen bei bestehenden und potentiellen Kunden

  • besitzt Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement (Begleitung mindestens eines Automotive-Produktentwicklungs-Zyklus von Beginn bis Ende)
  • hast Führungserfahrung (disziplinarisch oder fachlich)
  • bist vertraut mit Automotive Elektronik und hast gute Branchenkenntnisse
  • besitzt gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Programme, sowie mit MS Project und SAP
  • hast gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine exzellente Kommunikation, starke Kundenorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit Mitarbeiter zu motivieren
  • bist eigeninitiativ, hast analytisches Geschick und Lernbereitschaft
  • bist reisebereit
  • hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
