Bachelor's or Master's Degree in commercial / business law
Knowledge of German and EU commercial law regulations
Outstanding communication skills in English and German(both verbally and in writing)Japanese language ability is a plus
Counselling on a variety of legal issues within the company regarding contract status, legal risks and business terms (civil law, business law, partnerships, international ventures, export control law etc.)
Communication with external parties (e.g. other affiliates, regulators, external counsels, public authorities etc.)
Ensuring compliance with data protection law and communication with the Data Protection officer
37,5h working week and 30 days annual paid vacation
