    In this role, you have the opportunity

    strategically partner to develop and deliver Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) clinical studies - and other Medical Office Projects like e.g. Advisory Boards- for both internal and external (e.g. Principal Investigators, Clinical Research Coordinators) stakeholders to optimize product life-cycle, with flawless execution.

    Your role:

    • Lead and actively participate in the execution and management of clinical studies to deliver high-quality data, supporting Philips businesses on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and Philips procedures.
    • Provide leadership in execution and management of Medical Office Projects e.g. Advisory Boards or Site Visits on time, within budget and in compliance to all applicable regulations and Philips procedures
    • Support HPM Daily Management KPI reporting and maintain the Clinical Trial Management System.
    • Ensure projects supported by clinical operations team have been prioritized, budgeted and resourced by Product Managers with a strong understanding of collaboration with R&D to align project goals and objectives.
    • Provide real-time feedback, mentoring, and leadership coaching to the team to maintain strong communication and engagement.
    • Ensure adherence to global processes and procedures for clinical study execution through regular training and addressing knowledge gaps.
    • Support audit requests, responses, and effectiveness checks within agreed timelines
    • Support associate development to maintain the highest level of engagement

    You are a part of

    the Clinical and Medical affairs team supporting clinical studies across Philips. This exciting opportunity ensures exposure to a multitude of indications, medical devices, and workflow solutions. This position works in partnership with R&D, marketing, regulatory, quality, and legal among other functional areas. This matrix organization approach will improve collaboration and your learning and development across a multitude of disciplines.

    You are the right fit if:

    • Bachelor or Masters (in Science or Healthcare discipline)
    • Several years of combined experience in project management and/or conducting clinical studies within healthcare settings, CROs, or medical device/pharmaceutical companies.
    • Demonstrated working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, ISO Standards, FDA/EU regulations, and project management tools/methods is preferred.
    • Experience in financial management, resource allocation, and metrics reporting.
    • Outstanding verbal, written, and overall interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication appropriately to stakeholders and prepare documents accordingly. This includes excellent record-keeping skills and adherence to good documentation practices.
    • Several years of clinical monitoring experience including use of eTools such as EDC, ePRO, eConsent, etc. beneficial
    • Flexibility in work hours and ability to travel as needed. (15%)
    • Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
